"Individually, my favorite actor was Scheuer, who played Egeus and Nick Bottom. I can’t remember the last time I’ve laughed as hard at a performance in a show, and the audience seemed to agree. Scheuer’s voices, general physicality and comedic timing of her characters made her a highlight of the entire play."

Elisheva Scheuer hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she first caught the acting bug playing Annie in Annie with her elementary school as a 10 year old.
In high school, Elisheva trained with First Stage's nationally acclaimed Young Company and the Milwaukee Rep's Professional Training Institute through which she fell in love with Shakespearean rhetoric, Viewpoints, and Scottish accents. Elisheva's training led her the University of Minnesota / Guthrie Theater Actor Training Program, where she further honed her craft working on Greek, English, and Shakespearean classics. Her junior year, she traveled across the pond in London to study with the Royal Shakespeare Comapany. Highlights include playing Macduff in Macbeth on the Swan Stage in Stratford-Upon-Avon and spending long afternoons in Hyde Park. She graduated this past spring summa cum laude with a BFA in Acting and Minor in Business.
Elisheva holds a deep affinity towards verbatim theatre, and recently debuted her one-woman, interview based play, Forever Young. Aside from acting, Elisheva is a pianist, guitarist, backpacker, teacher, and self-proclaimed popcorn connisseur. She loves the mountains, composing and arranging music, running beside Lake Michigan, conversing with strangers, and being a clown ;)
